1. Data we collect

Order data: your name, email address, shipping and billing address where applicable, country and the products you purchase. Payment details are collected directly by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.

Account data: your login email, hashed password, order history, saved items and library activity such as download counts. Support data: messages you send us and the email thread that follows.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and the cookie data described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your data

We use order and account data to process payments, ship orders, deliver download links, confirm bookings, maintain your library, prevent fraud and respond to support requests. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.

With your consent, we use your email address to send new-arrival alerts and occasional offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing consent never affects your purchases.

We use aggregated, non-identifying technical data to understand how the store is used and to improve it.

3. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery services, cloud hosting and file-storage providers, and analytics vendors. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and may use your data only on our instructions.

For inquiry-based listings, your inquiry — including your name and contact details — is passed to the seller so they can respond. We do not sell personal data, and we disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

4. International transfers and retention

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, account data for as long as your account exists, and support threads for up to 24 months after resolution. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

6. Security and children

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and signed, expiring download links. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.

The store is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store or the law evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
