Content Removal Policy
Last updated: July 2026
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond promptly to legitimate removal requests. If you are a rights holder — or authorized to act for one — and believe that a listing on this store, whether ours or a marketplace seller's, infringes your rights, this policy explains how to notify us and what happens next.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers claims that a product listed for sale in this store, or material shown on a product page, infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights — including counterfeit-goods claims against marketplace listings — as well as requests concerning personal data or likeness appearing in listed content.
For questions about your own purchased items or account, use the standard support channels instead — this process is for rights-holder claims only.
2. What a valid request must include
To act on a request we need: your full legal name and contact email; the exact URL(s) of the content in question on this store; identification of the original work or mark you claim is infringed; a description of your relationship to the rights holder; and a good-faith statement, signed electronically, that the information provided is accurate.
Incomplete requests slow everything down — we will ask for the missing details before the review clock starts.
3. How to submit
Use the removal-request form at the bottom of this page, or email the same information to [email protected] with the subject line "Content removal request". You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days.
4. Our review process
On receipt of a complete request we log it, may temporarily suspend sales of the contested listing while we investigate, and contact the seller, creator or supplier of the content for their response.
We aim to give a substantive answer within 10 business days. If the claim is valid, the content is removed from sale. If we believe the claim is mistaken or incomplete, we explain why and invite further evidence.
5. Misuse of this process
Knowingly submitting false or bad-faith removal claims can expose the claimant to legal liability and will result in future requests from the same source receiving heightened scrutiny.
6. Counter-notification
If content you supplied to the store was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact us with evidence of your rights. We will re-review the matter and may restore the listing where the evidence supports it.
