Copyright & License Policy
Last updated: July 2026
The digital products sold in this store — courses, eBooks, template kits and related files — are protected by copyright belonging to their respective creators, publishers and rights holders, as are the product photography and text on this site. This policy explains exactly what your purchase allows you to do with digital files — and what it does not.
1. What you buy is a license, not the content
A digital purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product files for your own use. Ownership of the underlying content, including all intellectual-property rights, remains with the rights holders at all times.
Template kits and design assets may carry an extended license for use in your own client or commercial projects; where that applies, the exact license terms are stated on the product page and included with the download.
2. Permitted personal use
You may download purchased files to devices you personally use, keep private backup copies, view and annotate materials, and print reasonable excerpts of PDF materials for personal reference.
Because our files are DRM-free for your convenience, this license relies on your good faith — please honor it.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not resell, rent, lend, give away or otherwise redistribute purchased files; upload them to file-sharing sites, cloud folders shared with others, forums or social media; publicly screen or broadcast video content; or use materials to build competing products or courses.
You may also not share account credentials so that others can access your library, remove copyright notices or watermarks, or use content commercially beyond what the product's stated license allows.
4. Team and multi-seat use
The standard license covers one individual. If you want to use a course or asset pack across a team, studio or organization, contact us first — multi-seat and organizational licenses are available with the creator's approval.
5. Enforcement
Deliveries include technical measures such as signed links and per-order tracking. Where redistribution is detected, we may revoke library access without refund, suspend the account and, in serious cases, refer the matter to the rights holder for legal action.
6. Reporting infringement
If you believe content listed in this store infringes rights you hold or represent, please use our Content Removal Policy and request form. We review every properly submitted notice and act on valid claims promptly.
