Ordering & Payment
How do I purchase a book or course?
Browse the catalogue, open the title you want and click "Add to cart", then go to checkout. Enter your name and email, choose a payment method and confirm — the whole process takes under a minute, and no account is required to buy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed by certified providers over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by industry-standard processors (Stripe / PayPal) with full encryption and buyer protection. Your card data goes directly to the payment provider and never touches our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout works with just your email. Creating an account is still worth it: every purchase is saved to your personal library so you can re-download your titles anytime.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes — enter your code in the coupon field at checkout and the discount is applied instantly to your total before you pay.
Downloads & Delivery
How do I download my purchase?
Delivery is instant and digital. Right after payment you'll see your download links on the confirmation page, and the same links arrive by email within a few minutes. Each purchase is also stored in your account library, so you can come back and download again whenever you need.
How long until I receive my order?
Immediately. There is no shipping — every title is a digital download delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. If the email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
What format are the books and courses?
Most books are high-quality PDF (some also EPUB), and video courses stream or download as MP4 with any included slides or workbooks. The exact format and file size are listed on each product page under the description.
Can I read on my phone, tablet or computer?
Yes — PDFs and EPUBs open on any device with a standard reader (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac), and course videos play on any modern browser or media player. Your files are yours to keep on all your devices.
My download link doesn't work — what do I do?
First try again from the email link or your account library — links can time out on slow connections. If it still fails, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a fresh link, usually within a few hours.
Refunds & Support
What is your refund policy?
If a file is corrupted, incomplete or not as described and we can't fix it with a replacement, you get your money back — just contact us within 14 days of purchase. See the full refund policy in the footer for details.
I was charged but received nothing — help!
Don't worry. Check your spam/promotions folder first for the delivery email. If it's really missing, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and your order number — we'll re-send your downloads right away.
